Established in 1989, the Yobe State Housing and Property Development Corporation (YSHPDC) has been at the forefront of providing affordable housing solutions to the citizens of Yobe State. Our mission is to ensure that every resident has access to decent, safe, and affordable housing.
We work in partnership with local communities, private developers, and international organizations to implement housing projects that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
